What does the role offer? As an apprentice/well driller, you will have the opportunity to enter an exciting industry without prior experience required – you will learn the job on-site. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Ensuring that the drilling machine is functioning and that the work continues
• Assisting with rigging and preparations on-site
• Participating in physical work and heavy lifting
• Completing the day's assignments before the workday ends (overtime may occur)

The work is varied as you will be working in new locations almost every day and are in constant motion. The drilling method used is called DTH drilling, and you will receive full introduction and training.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is practically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and thrives in a physical job. You are a team player who takes responsibility, is meticulous, and wants to contribute to ensuring that the work is performed safely and efficiently.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• CE driver's license
• Good welding skills

Previous experience in well drilling or similar work is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is your willingness to learn and your drive to do a good job.
